CANCELATIONs

It is understandable that sometimes schedules need to be adjusted and things need to be changed around. HDBeauty will accommodate your schedule accordingly; however 24 hour notice is required for any cancellations. If you’re cancelling or re-scheduling the day of your appointment, HDBeauty will apply a fee of $50 to your next appointment.

Late appointments

If by any reason you’re running late for your appointment please contact us immediately. For all permanent makeup appointments if you are late by more than 15 minutes, HDBeauty holds the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment based on the circumstances and cancellation fee maybe applied.

If you’re late for your eyelash appointment and fail to notify us may result in your service being altered to fit the remaining time available.

Deposit

 For all permanent makeup services HDBeauty requires a $50 deposit that can be paid by credit card through online booking or over the phone or paid in cash in person. Deposit will be deducted from your balance on the day of your appointment.  We require a 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations in which case the deposit will be refunded back to you.

Refunds

HDBeauty does not provide refunds for services provided. In specific circumstances we will issue a credit toward any other service with us.
